Racing Rivet Kit - 3/16” diameter 1/4 to 3/8” grip includes, small head rivets, Big or Large head rivets, painted rivets, popular race car colored rivets and the aDP Ultimate Racers rivet.

This kit includes over a thousand pieces of the commonly used open-end blind rivets used to quickly and securely fasten panels, and various components to race cars, trailers and countless applications, Durable 12x18x3" container has two latch's and easy to carry handle. Kit contents include: 50 rivets per bin of both Large 5/8" and regular 3/8" head diameter aluminum rivet (3/16" diameter) with carbon steel nail. These 3/16" aluminum rivets with steel nails are designed to set and hold tight from start to finish, race after race, mile after mile. The material thickness (grip range) for these rivets is from 1/4 to 3/8". All of the popular racing colors are included for both the Large and regular head diameters: Red, White, Chevron Blue (dark), Pepsi Blue (light), Black, Yellow, Purple, Orange, and Silver (plain mill finish aluminum). Also included are 100 aluminum back-up washers, 50 1/8" diameter aluminum (silver) rivet body with carbon steel nail for 1/8 to 1/4" material thickness grip range. Plus you get 50 pieces of the 3/16" diameter "expanding or exploding" type all aluminum pop rivet for those oversized or oblong blindside holes. The hand operated rivet setting tool comes with interchangeable nosepieces for these 1/8 and 3/16" rivets.

Rivet Mate two piece compression rivet Kit

There are two material options available. Please specify either the all aluminum or the aluminum / steel kit. Included in each kit’s bins are twenty-five (25) pieces of the most commonly utilized sizes. From the shorter to the longer grip range combinations.

 The 3/16” diameters sizes have both the unique tubular component and the unique blind rivet component packed into their specific bins for 612, 614, 617, 620, 623, 626, & 629 sizes.

 The 1/4” diameters are packed with only the unique tubular component in their specific bins 814, 818, 822, 826, 830, 834, & 838. All of the unique blind rivet components are located in the five (5) lower bins.  There is one exception and it’s the 812 (shortest) length as both the unique tubular and the unique (shortest) blind rivet packed within the same bin.
